On the 1st floor of Daimaru Ashiya, directly connected to JR Ashiya Station, “KAKERI” is running a limited-time pop-up store until Tuesday, October 12, selling “Sake Gateau Chocolat” made with sake from “Inami Shuzo” in Miki City.

They had previously been running a limited-time shop at Namba Marui in Osaka, and this is their first pop-up store in Hyogo Prefecture!
This gateau chocolat has been featured in various media, including ABC TV’s “Ohayo Asahi Desu”, and has even been selected as a return gift for Miki City’s hometown tax donation program!
It is sold frozen, and apparently you can enjoy different flavors and textures depending on whether you eat it straight from the freezer, thawed, or warmed in the microwave!
↑The sake used is “Daigin Koshu,” an aged sake matured for more than 15 years, made with 100% Yamada Nishiki rice from Miki’s Special A district!
Since they use a generous amount so you can enjoy its rich aroma, they ask that people who cannot drink alcohol, such as those who will be driving or those who are pregnant, refrain from eating it.
They’re also holding a prize drawing where you can win things like discount coupons or a free cake by registering for their official LINE account and answering a survey!
