A chicken paitan ramen restaurant that opened in July 2021 on the first basement floor of the “Alcove Ashiya” building, along the Naruo-Mikage Line near Hanshin Ashiya Station!
It was apparently formerly a ramen restaurant in Imafuku-Tsurumi, Osaka, called “なにわ麺あれ！！,” before changing its name and relocating to Ashiya.
You can enjoy ramen made with a rich chicken paitan broth prepared over six hours using Sakura-jidori chicken from Kagoshima Prefecture.
