We got takeout of the in-store prepared deli items from “Organic Plaza La Mole Ashiya”, which opened near JR Ashiya Station on September 20!

From the left: “Beet Potato Salad,” “Carrot Rapees,” and “Frittata.”
“Frittata” is apparently an Italian-style omelet.
It’s like a Japanese-style omelet that’s nicely browned on the outside and moist and juicy inside!
The rapees has nice thick pieces of carrot, but there’s no bitterness, and the sweet-and-sour flavor and gentle spice are well balanced.
A pink potato salad made with beets! The crunchy texture of the beets mixed in with the potatoes makes this a fun potato salad to eat.
Apparently, all the deli items are made using products sold at Organic Plaza. It’s nice to be able to easily take out deli foods made with organic ingredients!
