It looks like Rokko Miso (Rokko Miso Manufacturing), located along National Route 2, will hold a Customer Appreciation Day on Saturday, October 2, featuring limited sales of freshly aged miso straight from the brewery, “White Miso Ice Cream,” “Miso Sweets,” and more.
Sweets made with miso are pretty unusual! We’re curious to try them!
