We picked up the takeout-only “Special Set” from Indian restaurant “GANGA”, located south of Hanshin Uchide Station!
GANGA’s “Special Set”
“Special Set” with 2 chef’s-choice curries + 1 naan: 850 yen (tax included)
This set is available for takeout only.
When you spread out the naan, it’s so big it barely fits on the plate! And it was freshly baked!
You get two chef’s-choice curries! …But I forgot to ask the staff what kinds of curry they were…!
This red curry had a tomato-like flavor and was sweet! It was a keema curry that tasted a little like demi-glace sauce.
This yellow curry seemed to have coconut milk in it? It was a little spicier than the red one, but it was a chicken curry that wasn’t too spicy and was easy to eat.
I didn’t find out the official names, but both had flavors I’d never tried before, which made it fun! It was the perfect Special Set for a day when you want to discover something new.
