It looks like Kishikara Konan-Yamate, a fried chicken specialty shop, is planning to open on Saturday, September 5 along National Route 2 near JR Konan-Yamate Station.
Screenshot from Townwork

It seems the shop will move into a first-floor tenant space in the newly built apartment building “Inicio Konan-Yamate” on the northeast corner of the “Moriminamimachi 1” intersection along National Route 2. (This is where a Korean restaurant used to be.)

↑ It looks like this tenant space on the northwest corner will become “Kishikara.”
Here it is on the map↓
The address is Inicio Konan-Yamate Room 101, 1-7-12 Moriminamimachi, Higashinada-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Area Around “Kishikara Konan-Yamate”

After exiting the ticket gates at JR Konan-Yamate Station, turn left and head south, and you’ll find “Inicio Konan-Yamate” under construction at the corner with Route 2. It looks like the shop will be in the tenant space on the northwest corner, which is the closest side to Konan-Yamate Station.

If you go this way (north), you’ll find the bakery “un peu de,” and farther along is Konan-Yamate Station.

If you go the other way (south), across Route 2 you’ll find “au Style Konan-Yamate,” and diagonally across the intersection is “Hokka Hokka Tei Moriminami.” In the front right of the photo, on the northwest corner of the intersection, is “Kobe Kagu.”
Finally
The Motoyama branch opened at the end of May this year, and now they’re finally coming to Konan-Yamate too! Looks like things are going well for them.
At this rate, maybe one day they’ll open in Ashiya too…? We’re looking forward to it!
