It looks like the bakery “BAKE STAND”, located in Arpa Ashiya along Ekimae-dori near JR Ashiya Station, is planning to open an affiliated shop next door around November.

At the front of “BAKE STAND”…

There was a notice posted announcing the start of lunch service at the affiliated teppanyaki restaurant “GRIDDLE SAKAI,” as well as plans to open their third affiliated shop next door in November!

The neighboring unit is the former site of “Gratin-tei Dotsubodoru,” which closed this May.
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 1-20 Matsunouchicho, Ashiya City, Hyogo Prefecture, Arpa Ashiya West 1F.
Area around the planned “BAKE STAND” affiliated shop

It’s on the first floor of “Arpa Ashiya,” an area lined with many restaurants on the west side of JR Ashiya Station. Facing the unit, “BAKE STAND” is on the left, and the izakaya “Ashiya Shoku & Hito no En Utage” is on the right.

If you go this way to the west, you’ll find places like the smoked and spice cuisine bar “City Lights” and “Ashiya Shokudo manchos!”.

If you go the opposite way to the east, you’ll find places like “Jika Noen no Aru Salad-ya ta” and the sandwich specialty shop “5minutes MEATS”.

Across the street, there are places such as “Ashiya Seitaiin,” “SELECTSHOP AILA,” and “Torisen.”
In Closing
Since it’s an affiliated shop of the teppanyaki restaurant “GRIDDLE SAKAI” and the bakery “BAKE STAND,” I wonder what kind of place they’ll open next.
The opening is still a little ways off, but we’ll be keeping an eye on it!
