We tried taking out udon from “花菜（はなな） 芦屋店,” an udon shop near Hanshin Ashiya Station along the Naruo-Mikage Line!
“Chicken Tempura Bukkake” from 花菜 芦屋店
“Chicken Tempura Bukkake (Cold)” 1,100 yen (tax included) + 100 yen takeout container fee (tax included)
The container has two layers: the udon and toppings are in the top layer, and the bukkake dipping sauce is in the bottom layer.
It’s nice that the noodles don’t get soggy, even if it takes some time to bring them home!
They boil the noodles after you order, so there is a bit of a wait, but you can take home freshly cooked udon!
The udon has just the right amount of springiness: firm, but not too hard.
The chicken tempura was juicy too, with a nice crispy coating!
