Final thoughts
The shop is run by Jonathan Gray from the United States and his Japanese wife Isuzu. Apparently, the name of the shop comes from Isuzu’s name!
On weekends, they also apparently run a cafe called “MISAKI CAFE” in Ako City.
We’ll share our thoughts after actually trying the menu in “Ashitsu Gourmet”!
