鶏白湯Ramen芦屋焔, which had been preparing to open along the Naruo–Mikage Line near Hanshin Ashiya Station, celebrated its grand opening on July 23!
Apparently, the ramen restaurant formerly known as なにわ麺あれ！！ in Imafuku-Tsurumi, Osaka, changed its name and relocated to Ashiya.
It has opened in the basement of the Alcove Ashiya building, which is also home to restaurants such as 肴屋くおん and 優食家みずかみ.

You’ll find 鶏白湯Ramen芦屋焔 at the back on the left. (The noren curtain in the left foreground belongs to 優食家みずかみ.)

In addition to its most popular item, the 鶏白湯醤油 (chicken paitan ramen with soy sauce), the menu includes ramen such as 鶏白湯味噌 (chicken paitan ramen with miso) and the lighter 芦屋出汁RAMEN, as well as rice dishes like チャーマヨごはん (rice topped with chashu pork and mayonnaise) and various meal sets.
Orders are paid for in advance by purchasing a meal ticket from the vending machine.

Final Thoughts
Many of Ashiya’s ramen restaurants are located along Route 2, so it’s unusual to find one around Kinmitsucho!
